职工企业通力合作 成果电梯“伟人”

   昨日,职工企业通力合作与伟人通力电梯有限公司四川籍职工打开顺面对面,这个脑筋里装满“奇思妙想”的42岁男人,把地点的扶梯库房变成了扮演的舞台。“这是可折迭式托盘,便于拿取且不占空间;那是摆放导轨支撑板的车子,能够进步功率;你死后配送物料车用的钢板是用废料、零料拼接而成的……”上一年以来,打开顺向公司递送的精益出产改进提案超越了50件,其间绝大多数被执行到了实践中。而两次中选公司最有价值职工的他,学历仅仅只是小学。
